  3. Stakeholders are invited for training and provided instruction on ongoing support with the website

Externally built site

 
  1. Internal web team should submit a change request with a planned go live date
  2. Internal web team should send communications to all stakeholders affected by the change
  3. Stakeholder should seek ongoing support from an external vendor for future website changes/updates. *
