Manage web page content and ownership: Create, update, or delete webpages. Transfer page ownership between business units. Website portfolio: anu.edu.au, services.anu.edu.au, study.anu.edu.au, webpublishing.anu.edu.au, openday.anu.edu.au, orientation.anu.edu.au, tuckwell.anu.edu.au For assistance with college websites, please contact your local college web team.
Build new website: Site ID registration and a walkthrough of the website building process.
Website tracking, analytics setup, and report generation: Implement tracking (including UTMs) for new or existing platforms. Build automated tracking dashboards. Google Analytics, Google Ads MCC account creation. Heatmap analysis.
Search engine optimisation: Enhance visibility and page ranking on both internal search engines (find.anu.edu.au) and external search engines like Google.
Website user experience (UX and UI) advice: End-to-end user experience design, UI design, accessibility, brand check. Provide advice on user interface design and share best practices for new websites.
ANU Style Server: Update the style server version, including the central header, footer. Fix any problems or bugs with the style server.
Cookie banners: Integrate the cookie banner and cookie preference modal. Customise cookie grouping settings based on the site's needs.
Drupal webforms: Edit, build, embed Drupal webforms on centrally managed websites.

Colleges and other areas have web managers who oversee the web activity in their area and web teams who provide various services. Web managers are kept informed of new Site ID requests that we receive and when we have given sites publication approval. When you are embarking on a new web project, please ensure you keep your web manager in the loop. See the table below for contact details.
