Your local support

While the Marketing Office (MO) web team can assist with certain enquiries, you will generally find that your local area can provide support across a wider range of IT and web issues.

Web manager contacts

Colleges and other areas have web managers who oversee the web activity in their area and web teams who provide various services. Web managers are kept informed of new Site ID requests that we receive and when we have given sites publication approval. When you are embarking on a new web project, please ensure you keep your web manager in the loop. See the table below for contact details.

Local IT support staff (LITSS)

Local IT support staff provide local support to the ANU Colleges, Schools, Centres and Divisions. They will often be the best people to ask about hosting your website, and may influence your choice of system.
